Im not sure how to even start to explain the horrible experience I had... Nor do I really care to spend much more time as hours of my life have already been put into this matter.
Damage to my house, Many visits to my house with product that doesn't fit (yes Blinds To Go took my measurements) damaged product... A LOT OF FRUSTRATION & months spent trying to just to get blinds that fit my window.
To this day the blinds do not fit correctly in my window however I did get a decent discount for all the troubles and really I couldn't put any more time or energy into this as It was absurd the amount of time, phone calls and emails to even get it to what it is now (far from perfect but I guess will do)..
Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Blinds To Go and the product.

My issue were not with your installers alone - we had issue with every aspect of this purchase except with Laura who sold them she was lovely and helpful - it was escalated every which way you can imagine and was really just a complete nightmare
I will not be providing more info as I’ve really just had enough with this company - the only reason I filled out this survey is because you guys kept emailing me requesting it ... month after the fact ...

The design consultant Hani was very patient and supportive.
The installation staff Mike very carefully installed all my windows.
Although it took longer than I expected to get the order completed,
I am happy with the results.

The following factors could use improvement:
- the time that was required to complete the order, which was 4 weeks.
Overall, if timing is not a factor, I would strongly recommend Blinds to go.

I am a repeat customer.
Recently, i went back to order new blinds but this turned out to be a long ordeal.
They delivered the wrong product than what was being ordered. I had to explain the mistake several times to different people before they finally agreed to replace the blinds.
Wish the staff will pay more attention to details and not cause unnecessary stress to customers.

Waited about 2 mo ths for 1 set of blinds. Specifically informed the agent that there was a two step landing and even showed a picture. She told me a date that someone would contact me. As that date came and in to PM no one had called so I called the agent. She said that it's not there yet. After a back and forth convo, days after someone contacted me for the install and inform me that someone will reach out. Once that day came, the guy called me and told.me thay he didnt know about the landing portion and he doesnt do it for safety reasons so he told.me that I should call them again. So i called again and asked for another date and informed them that the guy didnt know about the landing which again i explained that from the beginning. Then another guy came on another date and had to reschedule because he did not have the blinds and the appointment we set up, the store was still closed and rescheduled the next day for a night visit. When he arrived, AGAIN he didnt know about the landing but thankfully he had the right ladder. The guys that installed the blinds were good. My problem lies with the communication and follow up.

The first visit the tech didn’t show because he was overbooked. We arranged another visit after that. The blinds took over three months to build and after waiting three months and putting 50% down they called and said they would like to make arrangements to do the install after the predetermined install date. The store leader at the markham branch said that we needed to pay the other 50% before we could do any arrangements for fittings. I paid on this phone call and he gave me another delay in install. I had arrange to take the day off work and the installation didn’t happen until a day later. Customer service at store was well below any standard in any retail shop. The sad thing is that the product was very good but it has been clouded by the true lack of customer service. It wasn’t cheap either costing over 6K. I will not recommend this retailer to anyone. I am empathetic to slight misses as I also work in retail with a team of over 500.
