Quality product, free samples, reasonable timeline
Started with an easy-to-navigate website. You offered free samples. The free samples arrived within 10 days. The variety of styles. Your measurement instructions were simple, and keying in the information was very easy. The product arrived sooner than the timeline given. My husband installed them, but he is a handyman. Can't address the enclosed instructions, other than he looked at them and went to work. The improvement that I would recommend is to better describe or send a sample of a full and flat roman shade. I changed from the flat to the full. I questioned it at first site, but the longer they hang, the better they look. I am very pleased. As for the price, I was shocked how much I would have to spend for window treatments. I had priced and researched several other options and companies. It was the sale and the product that won me over. I saved over $500.

When installing the blinds
When installing the blinds , the clips that hold the shade down, one of the ears were broken of, is there anyway to buy parts for these.? Other than that we are enjoying the shade on the deck

Don't order the lowest priced shades
The ordering process was simple. The order was filled quickly. I ordered the budget priced cellular shades. Even these were lots more expensive than blinds. They are very thin and look very cheap. No problem with the company but I wouldn't order the shades again.

Motorized shade issue
It was a complicated issue and took awhile. I spoke to 3 different customer service reps, but all were professional and helpful, and I feel as a team they are interested in taking care of the customer.

Avoid Blindster at all costs
I ordered ten blinds in two separate orders. The first one was good (qty 2) but the second had several issues from scuffs to mismeasurements (theirs's, not mine). I only tried to get them to recut one. They saw the photos showing they cut it too small, opened a ticket and proceeded to ghost me. I am going to have to contest this with my credit card. Overall it was extremely disappointing.

I have had blinds from Blindster…
I have had blinds from Blindster before. This was a clear design flaw. The clasp on the right side was facing inwards but if the screws were off in the slightest it would not open to allow the blinds to open. It took me about 5 hours to get it installed. The video also did not go over how to install different brackets and the written instructions lack clarity for the clasp type that was ordered. The cord to pull the blinds open also is not easily removable and the plastic portion that attaches to the wall is not removable unless I break it. So I cannot use a motor that I already have.
