We ordered 3 Zebra blinds, Motorized. The one in the middle is perfect, the one on either side do not sit right. We checked the level of the headed and the sill.

Ease of installation…
The installation is very easy and well designed for the home-owner installer. I was very impressed. I was concerned that a six foot wide shade would be difficult because there were 4 brackets for mounting and they had to line up well enough for the shade to clip into successfully. And I worked great.

Doesn’t block all light from entering
I would not call this a “blackout curtain”, I would call it a “blot out curtain”. The inside mount leaves about a 1/2 an inch of space between all of the edges of the curtain and the window frame allowing in a considerable amount of light. With all of the lights off and the curtain closed in pure daylight, my room is still moderately lit. Not worth the full price of $110, however the customer service is excellent

When we opened the package of blinds
When we opened the package of blinds, there was a very unusual odor.
We could not immediately hang the blinds in our home.
We had to put them outside and put on our deck to air out.
I also had to wipe them down with soap and water.
This is definitely not something we anticipated and are quite disappointed that this was an issue.
I sent a message regarding this issue through one of the other emails that I received from your company.
I did not receive any kind of response.
I do appreciate having this opportunity to let you know the issue that we had.

Love the Roman shades! Color was exactly as it looked online. Quality was also wonderful. Easy to install. Took a little long to arrive but was worth the wait. I did not order the header and would recommend doing so as I can see the brackets more than I expected. I will probably go ahead and order them.
