Received the order

I sent this before.... I ordered 2 darkening shades that the draw string became detached but no response...signed disappointed

I ordered 2 dark gray aluminum mini blinds, to take the place of the old white ones that came with the house in my bedroom. The old ones let in so much light,(even though they were closed), it would wake me up and keep me awake! The new gray blinds block the light, and look good doing it! Now I can sleep! There was some hardware missing from my order, so I sent Blinds Galore an email….they sent me the hardware right away. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Measured wrong. Knew it within 12 hours. Contacted company. Tried to change the order. Alas, could not but walked me through my return. But great news, it arrived and I was able to use it.

My custom size top-down, bottom-up cellular shades were less than a standard, off-the-shelf one at Lowe’s. I was told they would trim the width for me for free but there was nothing they could do about the length, which would have been about 2.5 feet too long. Other custom options on the internet were crazy expensive, so I thought I would just have to deal with a too-long shade until I found these guys. It’s perfect!

They were easy to order as well as install. The only problem I had was when ordering I was asked if I wanted the roll to come off the front or back. I thought the front. I now have a sliver if a view. I solved it by rolling it out to more than the sill and pushing it back into the window frame.
I was advised I could send them back but then I would not be able to shower upstairs for a while.

Not only do I LOVE my new shades throughout our home but the customer service from this company is hands down AMAZING!! Definitely would recommend and would buy again!!

I received my order in a timely fashion. High quality product and easy installation.

Arrived in good time. They were 3/4 in too wide, but it was easy to cut off the excess.

Arrival time estimates were unhelpful (weeks). Custom blinds shipped directly from china so maybe that's why. Last time I used them it shipped from California.
When I ordered samples they never arrived. Quality of the product was fine, but it seems expensive.

Blinds came and are excellent quality. They are a little bit different than the last ones I ordered. They require 2 screws for each bracket instead of one but once hung they look & work well.

Very easy to install, packaging was great. Overall a great experience.

Blinds were very easy to order to get an exact match for existing blinds throughout the house. Measurement guide and instructions were amazing. Price point was great. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Quality, price, and convenience is way better than any big box store. I've already referred several people.

The blinds I received, 7 for about $1K, are fine as far as not being defective. I chose simple vinyl blinds because that is all my budget would allow. I ordered samples so that I could be sure of the color.

My blinds arrived in a timely fashion, but even tho I ordered the Doe color (a soft mid-brown), every single one of the shades look like they are gray. I'm very disappointed in the color, but did not want to go thru returning them. We had new windows installed & we needed shades ASAP.

Product is just what I wanted room darkening blinds. Heavy duty. Very pleased
