Order very easy. Turned up on the date given. Easy to fit as they were just replacements.

When the blind arrived it had not been cut parallel so there was a gap of 1” from one end to the other. After many emails and photos showing the problem a new blind was despatched and it fitted perfectly. This proved that my original window measurements were correct, unfortunately it took a lot of effort to convince BlindsDirect.

All well in the end but their customer service needs to be better

Your website is not intuitive to navigate. I found it difficult at times to find what I wanted. I liked that you offer FOC samples, and that was really helpful in making final choices. You messed up sending some samples (twice!) and I missed the cut off date for your sale, but your staff were very helpful on the phone, and were able to offer me the sale prices that I thought I’d missed out on. The blinds were well packaged and are good quality. The written instructions for installation were ok but the videos were better.

I measured the slats wrong because I did the cover I then sent them the correct measurements and they delivered another batch which were the correct measurements all I had to pay for is the postage 1st class service and the slats look great 👍🏻well pleased with everything big up to customer service no hassle

Measuring guide helped a lot and making my blind an exact fit based on my measure gave enough room for the fittings. Blinds were easy to install. I struggled to get the end curved plates on and gave up as the top of the blind is hidden by a valance. This was the.only issue I had
