Easy to measure and place the order, then I realised I had ordered the wrong side control (right side instead of left side). Rang customer services right away and spoke to Maria who was really helpful. After checking the order, Maria advised me that, on the particular blinds that I ordered, the control can be fitted on either side.

The blind is great but only with me due to a miracle! The blind was delivered to a totally different address although correctly labelled. This in a different town, different name ,different postcode.
The miracle was that this random address was my brother!

Poor customer service and not listening
Poor customer service. Roller Blind was made too long for recess and bottom of cord would have ended in the basin.
They still insist that blind was correct length even though their own records show it is 35 cm longer than ordered.
So much heavier and bulkier.
Kept saying they make it a bit longer than ordered. Didn't listen or look at photos I sent and refused to reorder.
Always been happy before with Blinds Direct but never again
