Suspicious cancelled order

After waiting a week I received a notification from my bank that we had received a refund for the total of the order.
No communication from the company so had to reach out to them. Reason given was a new payment provider.
I don't see how this warrants canceling the order with no notice or communication a week down the line.
Very suspicious behavior.

Order cancelled due to new payment provider

Just received an email after 3 weeks waiting for my blind to say they had changed their payment provider and that they could not fulfil my order. Why????? I was told I had been refunded but so far no sign of the money. What a waste of my time and anticipation ....but hopefully not my money. Waiting to see. Its a shame because they sent me a sample very promptly and I ordered accordingly. What is their problem to let clients down like that? Wish I had read this reviews earlier.

Complete and utter conmen

Complete and utter conmen. They spent a month refusing to refund and then claimed to have despatched the blind, gave a false tracking number and claimed good had been left at a property that does not exist. Only agreed to refund after raising a dispute with my Bank. Avoid.

Do not waist your time and money

Do not waist your time and money. I placed an order on 6th of December expecting them before Xmas, now they claim a mid January delivery so I have cancelled the order. Absolutely the worst blind company I have ever dealt with...be warned.

Simple don’t go anywhere near them 1…

Simple don’t go anywhere near them 1 out of a set of 4 shutters was undamaged not surprise as there’s no protection other than a bit of flimsy bubble wrap to protect them. Here’s the list crack in main side rail, gouges in another rail ,damage to corners on 2 shutters 1 shutters side rail coming apart their reply ? Is it? so sorry let us send you a new pair or would you like a refund is it heck! its we could give you 25% off and some glue and filler to bodge it with or we will order 2 new shutter and bodge the other one .they just don’t get it I ordered a nice new set of shutters not something that’s cobbled together with a bit of glue and filler and now there claiming there asking the factory what to do 🤬 why my contract is with blind Uk.net not some factory out in Indonesia or wherever there made.only way I can see this pain ending is via section 75 and let the credit card company sort it.

Wish we had ordered custom blinds sooner

Was looking for some roman blinds to finish our kitchen. The site had good options at a good price and sent us free fabric samples first.

After looking at the trustpilot reviews I was wary, but needn't have been.

Ordering was fairly straight forward although the confirmation/dispatch emails could have been better.

Blinds were delivered fairly quickly (10 days after ordering), seem to be well made, fit the windows, and as a bonus are the easiest blinds I've ever installed - far better to have clips that go on any part of the head unit than try and get the right width for end caps like Ikea blinds.

I'm not sure I'll ever go to Ikea/Dunelm etc for blinds ever again, very happy with our purchase.

Poor service!!

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy blinds from this seller . Unreliable, unprofessional!!! After 8 weeks of waiting had to cancel the order as they were unable to give a date !!! Original delivery time was 3-5 days !!!!
Avoid this seller !!

Miss matched sample, poor customer service.

If it wasn’t for the horrendous customer service I would have given a higher rating.
Samples ordered - good colour match to the room so we ordered blinds. Unfortunately once they arrived the colour was not the same.
Once we fitted the blinds the mechanism on the side was visible with a ‘signature’ (or so I’m told) blue part sticking out, it could do with an end cap, but this wasn’t an option when we purchased them. (EDIT: another, more polite representative took over and has sent our end caps - and it looks much better - they eventually issued a 20% discount with an acknowledgment that the blinds did not match the sample sent out)
The blinds themselves are good enough and the mechanism works just fine.
We did speak to customer service regarding the miss match of colour and the lady asked me to email about it as she couldn’t do anything. She was pleasant and understanding.
I emailed. It was at this point I was greeted with an abundance of ‘further more’s’ and ‘kindly note’s’ which we all know are another way of saying “ I don’t give a flying fig what you think, you are wrong!”
Surely when you order a sample you expect what you order to be the same, isn’t that the whole point of ordering a sample first.

Would not purchase from here again…

Would not purchase from here again despite the product not being bad and reasonably priced. The customer service however is extremely poor. I ordered a custom blind in March and it has taken over 2 months to arrive, with very little communication from the company. When I contacted them to find out what was going on, they had no real answers and each customer service person I spoke promised something different. They had my order number incorrect, they sent me responses to other customers emails, they made errors in almost every email they sent me. The blind has arrived, and is ok for what I needed - but they really need to work on their customer service so that customers can trust them.

AVOID

AVOID. Ordered two bespoke blinds. Delivery date missed. I contacted company, who said it would be another 4 weeks. I wait. Second delivery date missed. I contacted them again, to be informed it’ll be another 4 weeks, with no guarantee of delivery.

Delays happen, however, this scam company made no attempt to contact me after repeated delays, and made no attempt to fulfil the order I had paid for. Frankly, I’m of the opinion they are stealing customers money with no intention of providing anything.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I bought blinds from this company a few years ago and they are great quality. I broke the plastic sidewinder when I was decorating and they sent me one free of charge. Will definitely buy from them again.

Roller blinds

Roller blinds. Free sample and then order from start to finish, good experience and blinds arrived by courier and fitted well and look lovely. Would recommend seller.

Perfect fit with Blinds UK

I have read the previous reviews and can report the opposite. The black out blind was ordered easily on the web site. Completed the order and sizes, style was pretty straight forward. Wanted the next day delivery, although missed the 1030am deadline. Received the confirmation within minutes. Surprised to get order 26 hours later. Packaging brilliant, blind was secure within very strong tube. The blind was....perfect! I have never fitted a blind so easily. It fitted like a glove. I had provided the exact measurements of the recessed window and Blinds-Uk provided me with a blind that fitted width and height. Hugely pleased. Take as you find.

I purchased a wooden blind from these…

I purchased a wooden blind from these people. They state a five to seven working days delivery, but in fact it took nineteen days in total. They came up with a feeble excuse which I won't bore you with. The blind arrived. On first inspection it looked okay, but during installation problems occurred. Basically it was shoddily made with bent metal and cheap plastic fittings. Steer clear if you got any sense!
