Although over the years I have interacted with many Blevins Franks “experts” most of my involvement has been with the Cascais, Portugal, team. I contacted Blevins Franks Portugal office as I needed personal tax advice due to being a UK citizen temporarily resident in Portugal and involving a financial transaction in France.
