Can’t try the product to recommend or not
Happily received my first order, do love to try new products and this had been recommended by a good friend. Opened the box and the products looked great. That’s as far as it went. Two of the products were pump action - after hundreds of depressions, twisting left and right, trying all sorts, no product came out of either.
I did send a message on the website and again after a few days as I had received no reply. After a few more days and still no response, I tried them on FB Messenger. I did get a reply, that you should pump around 15 times as it’s a pressure security and it was standard. And they offered me an €11 voucher against next purchase.
I tried the bottles again. In vain. Still nothing. So I added to my message saying that I’d tried but they weren’t working. That was yesterday. I didn’t get a reply to that. I did send a message earlier today but, guess what? That’s unanswered too.
I guess I’ll never get to try that eye cream my friend thought so good. It was an expensive buy for not a lot. Certainly can’t recommend.
