Systematisches Produkt-Killing bei Blaupunkt Internetradios (Frontier M6 Plattform)

Achtung beim Kauf von Blaupunkt Internetradios! Seit der Umstellung auf den Dienstleister Airable sind die Geräte quasi wertlos. Mein Großvater hat ein voll funktionsfähiges Gerät, das nun keine Senderbilder (Slideshow) und keine Metadaten mehr anzeigt. Stattdessen sieht er nur einen traurigen Smiley auf dem Display.
Das Management (Science Group / Frontier Smart) wurde informiert, rührt aber keinen Finger. Dass der Wetterdienst letztes Jahr geflickt wurde, beweist, dass Software-Updates möglich sind – man ist schlicht zu geizig, die volle Funktion für Bestandskunden aufrechtzuerhalten.
Wir fordern ein Firmware-Update für die M6-Plattform! Wer Senioren die Bilder ihrer Lieblingssender wegnimmt und sie mit einer „Textwüste“ allein lässt, hat den Namen Blaupunkt nicht verdient. Die Presse ist informiert, das 72h-Ultimatum läuft!

Keine weitere Reaktion auf Reklamation.
Ich hatte ein Produkt bei Latupo / Blaupunkt Audio gekauft. Doch das Gerät stellte sich als Fehlerhaft heraus. 2 Tagen nach Lieferung Reklamiert. Doch ausser einer automatischen Eingangsbestätigung ist nichts weiter passiert. Zweite Erinnerungsmail bzgl. der Rücksendung wurde bisher ignoriert.
