Less than a star.

We ordered a specific BLUE shirt on 3/16. Received an email saying shipping delayed on 3/26. Received package on 4/8/22, wrong color. Immediate communication stating we received wrong color, can we exchange for correct order (preferable)? Response 1 was would you keep shipment and except $15 store credit. -No. my son is picky and will only wear the blue shirt we ordered ($39.95 total) not a burgundy one sent in error. Response 2 - would We keep shirt and take $15 refund. -No. I spent $39.95. I want the correct shirt (provided order email proof of item ordered) or a full refund.
Response 3- we’re sorry, here is our return shipping address (in CA) for you to return shipment to, then we will refund your order. -No. i will not pay to ship back to you what you shipped incorrectly to me for my full refund. Provide shipping label from an account which you obviously have since you shipped it to me.
Response 4- a blanket “our return and exchange policy is… blah blah… within 39 days.. blah blah…” -No. I understand your policy if it had been a mistake on MY end- if it were the wrong size, or we just didn’t like it, etc. This is not the case. We clearly ordered a blue one (and I provided proof of the order) you sent a burgundy one- and we would gladly except the exchange for the CORRECT one. Not my error.
I am not paying to ship it back. I will, however, be sure to report from every platform the lack of integrity and ethics of your company to help others know not to order from your website, and I will report and review the poor service.
Your company may think one bad review does not matter, I guess we will see. “

This company should obviously be removed from the entire internet marketplace. If regular businesses can be policed and shut down, poorly behaved web based businesses should have the same!

Clothes looks great on the website but when you receive it, it's absolute garbage. Don't buy on this website.

Absolute garbage and I’m more mad at myself for not doing the simple due diligence I typically do. Read all the reviews and don’t give these thieves a nickel. Their product is junk. Their sizing is bunk. And their customer service does not exist. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Well I wish I had seen this webpage before I bought from these guys.... OMG what a waste of money... material quality and sizing is all rubbish, the print is rubbish... this company is rubbish... DON'T buy from here.... please. Give your money to the local window washer at the nearby intersection instead.

Slow order status same for over a week. Really!! Get in gear or cancel my order!!!

Like many other - i too got taken in by their adds. The stuff is poor tat don't waste your money like I did..

I saw a coat at Blaroken.com I never gut it. Should have looked for a phone # never again

So... I saw this really great coat, The Mark IV made by Kitanica but it was over $600.00. That was out of my reach so I didn't buy it. A few months later I saw that same "style" coat advertised on Blaroken for $80.00. The photo looked great so I ordered it. When it arrived... it looked nothing like the photo and was more like a cheap windbreaker. It was also a little small. As much as I tried... I could not return it. After a month of regular wear, one of the "metal" zipper pulls broke. I don't understand how they can continue to steal photos and advertise next to name brands?!?! BLAROKEN is PURE GARBAGE! They are nothing more than internet thieves! Stay away! You have been warned!

They showed beautiful shirts in the picture but sent me garbage in larger sizes than I needed When I asked to exchange they asked me for a skew that doesn't exist And won't return the emails I know never to order from them again

If I could give no stars that would be the best way to describe this scam company. The crap is actually made and sent from China. Not the UK like advertised. The American flag is missing some stripes, the button holes are all sewed shut and the zipper did not unzip. Stay away from this crap. Find a reputable clothing company

Ordered two shirts and never received them. They took my money but never shipped the items..It is a scam !!!!!

cloths are cheap striaght from china , one month wait and pure garbage. its all cheap stuff , dont order from here. fake reviews on thier site. i ordered a shirt, it was like a rag, i now use it to wipe my boots clean with

Wow! These are the crappiest clothes I've ever got. I opened the package expecting what I saw on the site & instead pulled out 3 flimsy home ec. rejects from what looks like a sweat shop nightmare! I will not order from this crappy place again!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 shirts from them and, after reading the reviews, wondered if I would ever receive them. I did receive an email saying the items were shipped but I still hadn’t received them 2 weeks later. Just as I had accepted that I’d been scammed the shirts showed up in the mail! I’ll admit the quality of the shirts isn’t great but it isn’t as bad as some of the other reviewers experienced.
Overall, I probably won’t buy from them again but, other than the shipping time, my experience with them was ok.

Completely garbage!! Took two months to receive it doesn’t fit and it’s made out of crap! Over priced! Do not order from them!

I ordered 2 jackets. Never been recived. Have tried to reach the company many times by email and contact form on their web page. But they never answer. The tracking number the sendt did never work. NEVER USE THIS CRAPPY COMPANY
