Originally was not a great experience with their website being a bit janky and charging me extra, but after emailing their support team, they reached out and fixed the error with their website and refunded me. I appreciate this a lot, and I'd buy from them again.

I had a horrible experience. I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants, the hoodie came but I never received my sweatpants. They said the other part of the order had to be shipped from somewhere else and I never received my order. This was first and last time using this company.

Original: one star: It started great - good pricing, great shipping times, and helpful customer service BUT then our credit card statement showed a $2,000 EXTRA charge that was NOT authorized. I have a printout of the authorized invoice, and wrote to customer service, where I was given ChatGPT answers, and blame was placed on our company for a glitch in their system. Rather than rectifying the issue, they continued to blame. Now instead of gaining thousands in business, they have lost us as a customer. I would warn everyone to check their invoice and credit card statements VERY carefully.

EDIT - revised to a 4-star: After the review was posted, the Operations Manager reached out and offered a refund to help bring our purchase back within our budget, but not to match the printed invoice. He was professional and understanding, and expressed a genuine willingness to work with us one-on-one moving forward to ensure a smoother experience in the future.

I found this page by accident. I hesitate to order, but I did. I'm very pleased with my order and quick delivery. I will order for this company again.

Blankstyle is my go to for printing TShirts besides the great quality T-shirts they carry a wide variety of colors and i’ve always been impressed by the design work and quality and to top it off an excellent customer experience and support. You can’t go wrong with them. at least i haven’t in the few years i’ve been working with them.

I inadvertently placed an order for the wrong size shirts. I noticed immediately and was very frustrated that I was unable to modify my order. Upon further inspection, I did see that the site stated that orders could not be modified once placed (which I still find a bit inconvenient), but I guess this has something to do with trying to fulfill the orders ASAP. THAT BEING SAID, this company and their representative, Gabe, went well out of their way to make this right. I have every intention of using them for any and all of my future apparel needs. TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY!

I originally ordered t-shirts and when I received them I realized I had ordered the incorrect size. I contacted customer service and they were able to completely resolve the issue quickly and kindly. They were very helpful! I then re-ordered the t-shirts with the correct size and received them in the mail quickly. The order was great and the quality of t-shirts was very nice. I highly recommend Blankstyle!

I’ve been using blank style to start my personal brand via T-shirts and I have found many unique and great designs that I’m all about!
