Followed this brand for a while, always skeptical with ordering through smaller businesses, but thought I would finally purchase some jewellery from this stunning brand. And wow! The packaging, the messaging behind the jewellery and the pieces are just so perfect! I ordered the Affirmations necklace in Silver and some earrings - obsessed! Will be ordering again for my sisters birthday coming up.
Super friendly customer service too - my sign up email was delayed and I wanted to order there and then and Jess replied and got my code sorted straight away!
Such a lovely team and brand - can’t wait to wear my pieces!

We would like to clarify that the returned items were sale items and, as outlined in our returns policy, were eligible for a credit note rather than a refund. This was communicated to you by email, and the credit note was issued and sent to you on 2nd December.
We have responded to all of your emails and have already provided clear instructions on how to use the credit note on our website. Our customer service team operates on a 48-hour response timeframe; while we cannot provide instant replies, we do always respond.

Stunning, versatile and high quality
Every piece is absolutely beautiful, stylish, and incredibly versatile. I especially love the designs that mix silver and gold—it’s such a unique combination I haven’t seen anywhere else. The bags are not only stunning but also really durable, making them perfect for travel. I even bought one as a birthday gift for a friend, and she’s obsessed with it!
