Absolutely a scam company

Absolutely a scam company. I purchased a pair of sunglasses. It took them a while to ship them. When thy arrived they were not what I expected and requested a return. They tart fobbing you off and telling you not to return them and offer you partial store credits and refund.
If you do not want this but a full refund, then eventually you get a link telling you what to do and you have to pay for the shipping costs. I duly did that and shipped then back (by this time a few weeks had gone past to get to this stage from the purchase date) It cost me £10 to ship them back thu Royal Mail and now it says that I need to pay for the custom clearance charge of £18. What a joke, none of this is stated in their website not in the return instruction other that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. So it seems that they are sly and scamming in not telling you this when you purchase the sunglasses and it they are not right then you basically lose your money it appreas that I think I seem t have done in this case.
Avoid the company at all costs, absolutely a scam of a company. I will see it they refund any money on my sunglasses. So beware if you have to return anything back you have to pay not only shipping cost but it seems custom duty too. I would avoid this scam of a company for any purchases as I have discovered to my cost when I have lost my money and not a small amount either.

Great Customer Service

I had accidentally ordered the wrong color for the sunglasses i wanted. I emailed customer service about my issue and they got back to me right away, and was able to solve the issue. They were really helpful with the whole process and gave me reassurance that i was getting what i asked for. And of course the sunnies are as amazing as the customer service 😎🔥

The glasses are of durable build…

The glasses are of durable build quality and very stylish. Also, I found the website easy to navigate and the Buy 1 Get 1 free offer enticing. Also, customer service was fairly quick to respond to my inquiry and eager to assist when I had an issue due to one of the items not being received. Overall, I would recommend this service!

Best customer service

The customer service is the best in class. I ordered an incorrect frame and the customer service (Roanne) was quick to understand the issue and offered multiple options to resolve the issue. This level of customer engagement is unheard of. I am expecting the replacement glass shortly and strongly recommend the brand.

Inspiring Customer Service

I love the novelty of its niche supply! The quality for some feels surprisingly high for the fairly modest price too. What stands out most about Blank to me however, is their customer service! The individual who assisted me throughout the process showed outstanding professionalism and understanding. It was a very human experience too, didn’t feel robotic or scripted which is hard to do in a professional manner, truly inspiring!

Sorted the return without issue and they even checked in to be sure I had received an exchange I had asked for. Good service from the company (only issue was the postal service taking ages because of Brexit). Glad something I clicked on on Instagram was actually good!

Customer service was phenomenal

Customer service was phenomenal! I reached out when I needed to exchange an my request was fulfilled immediately! Then, when my pair accidentally broke, they replaced them at no charge! Shipping did take longer than expected, but for such premium customer service it was something I didn’t mind.

Great products and 100/10 customer service

Products are great overall so im very happy with my sunglasses. Customer service is also amazing. Short story, Package was said to be delivered by DHL but never was after emailing customer service and a little back and forth talking (very kind a thoughtful person i got to file my problem with mind i say) i got my package resent free of charge and this time it got delivered nicely. Even got offert a discount voucher to add on to that. So overall experience was a 10/10 and i would definitely buy again knowing that if something happens it will be handled professionally and with genuine kindness. And if everything goes well you'll have some nice ass products too. :)
