Rubbish Customer Service - Great Pre-Workout Shake!
Pros
- The Track supplement is genuinely brilliant and, for me, provides a significant boost in focus at the start of a session
- The Hunt supplement is ok
- One hunter pack order provides you with 3 supplements for a full workout
Cons
- Appauling customer service
- Repetitively neglect to provide shakers with your order
- The Elimate supplement is by far the worst of the three and tastes awful
- Supplements last 15 days (which is very limited considering the price tag)
- Again, worst customer service I've had to deal with
For the price, you'd expect much better customer service. If something goes wrong with your order, you're treated like the one at fault. Recently they've sent me 10 duplicate emails stating an order has been complete - and when requesting that they send me my 3 shakers as part of my order of 3 hunter packs, they tell me the order is already sent (not reading that I had clearly stated I received the order already, but with no shakers). Eventually got through to someone by messaging directly on the site and they sent 1 shaker. Truly useless support.
If you can avoid any need for support, I'd still recommend the Track supplement as it really is a great boost to any workout! But the pricetag is very high considering the limited number of uses.
