The platform kept giving excuses and delaying payments. Topciphertrails intervened and recovered everything without hassle.

After 1 weeks of sending mail, writing to the support with no answer like they don’t care about the customer. They don’t pay the WITHDRAWL and it’s always on pending. I recommend no one to subscribe to this broker or doing some thing with them, I already told to my friends to don’t register on this broker in case even them lose their profit… unacceptable and scammers… I hope this reviews help someone to don’t fall on their trap

My experience with this broker has been very disappointing. I traded under Andrei, trading account 310310. Despite the positive reviews, I faced constant delays in order execution — 0.4 seconds on EUR/USD and 1.3–1.4 seconds on DAX30, while my strategy requires 0.2–0.3 seconds on DAX30 for hedging.

I contacted support and, after days of back and forth, they blamed the liquidity provider, claiming they couldn’t handle my trading flow (which was only 20 intraday orders — hardly a “colossal flow”). The technical support I dealt with, especially Amin, lacked specifics and gave mostly generic responses. It felt like I just had bad luck with him.

Also, opening a trading account under the Bahamian jurisdiction was a mess — I submitted documents on December 4, and by January 18, the account still wasn’t opened, with no updates or clear answers.

Overall, my impression of this broker is negative: either the staff are unqualified, or there’s a clear bias against traders from Russia.

I invested in to a scheme operated by Matt Sharpe under the guise of Blackwell Global. It was under the premise that I could withdraw my investment at any stage. When I asked to withdraw it, he claimed to have lost it and can't afford to pay it back. Avoid!!!

Took my money to sign up for the trading account, Matt Sharpe, will not respond now to my messages on either Whatsapp or Telegram, despite multiple attempts at communication.
Be warned! I will pursue this matter further.

Good broker. Helpful & transparent. Spreads are inline with the market. Withdrawals are fast. Would definitely recommend.

Hi, trust is the biggest concern for someone foreing UK, so, it is important to know or to have the way to check people who call us from there, how we can verify is really a person who works with you.

Update: I received my deposit and profits, but it took about 2 months

I traded with at their Bahamas entity for over 5 months without any issue, but when I did a withdraw request, nothing happened. Only when I asked them about it, they said my account was suddenly under investigation. It's now been 2,5 weeks since my first request and I'm still waiting despite several reminders. I only requested to withdraw my deposit amount and even that they refuse to process. I will resume with filing a complaint at the financial regulator. Better to avoid this place.

Quick easy and easy sign up. Was encouraged to give MT5 a go after working for so long running my EAs through MT4. After a month of re-calibration from MT4 to MT5 I was given Raw Spreads and 1:200 Leverage to monitor my performance which proved successful. Overall this has been a very positive experience, so i'm unsure of any negative reviews. Highly recommend.

Andrei, trading account 310310. I don't understand the rave reviews about this broker. There are constant delays in the execution of orders (euro-dollar - 0.4 seconds, DAX30 - 1.3-1.4 seconds). Since my strategy provides for execution of 0.2-0.3 seconds at DAX30 and hedging, I started the chat with support. After long days of chat, the liquidity provider was charged with the responsibility, he cannot accept my liquidity flow (20 intraday orders is a colossal flow :-). The technical support is not very competent, I communicated with Amin - a lot of general words, but very little specifics (most likely, I just had no luck with him). Opening a trading account in the Bahamian jurisdiction takes a very long time, documents are considered from December 4, today January 18 (!!!) - the account has not been opened yet, no answers. In general, my impressions of this broker are negative: either they are illiterate people, or they have a biased negative attitude towards traders from Russia".

a good broker with which to work quietly, spreed competent, good communication with their advisors, also has cryptomonedas, something interesting in the times that we are.
