I have been a loyal costumer of this company since I started taking sea moss capsules. I haven't really had issues with them. Slow shipping sometimes but no biggie. But November 25th I recieved my regular shipment of sea moss and ordered sour sop capsules with it. I got Fenugreek instead of Sour sop. I emailed them and sent pictures and asked for the Sour sop. They responded saying they would send it within 48 hours and would provide a tracking number. A month later, realizing i hadn't gotten even an email from them I sent another email in the same thread explaining just that. They responded 3 days later saying "we are sending an urgent follow up to the warehouse ". Cool. Another month passes and still NOTHING. I sent ANOTHER email in the same thread about not receiving anything. This time they said if I don't receive it within 5 days let them know. 6 days later still nothing. I sent an additional email just to get the response "we are sending an urgent follow up to our warehouse ". 3 months??? Is this a joke? Over a bottle of Sour sop capsules that at this point are looking like a scam? I pride myself in being patient with small companies in general because life can be tough. But this is too far. Find another company for your supplements. This company doesn't understand taking care of their loyal customers and it's such a shame. Bye!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Aug 13th the order was placed. Tracking number was sent Aug 17th. Contacted the company Sept 3rd in regards to the package. They responded on the 5th stating that they were sorry, but the postal services had stopped tracking the package. They stated that they were going to look into it. Reached out Sept 10th in regards to the package, They responded on the 11th saying that they were still looking into it. I reached out Sept 17th, requested a refund because I still had not received my package. They responded back on Sept 19th saying that a manager will contact me. Here it is Sept 28th, no package, no refund and correspondence from a manager. I really had high hopes for this company, very disappointed. Will never order from them again.
