Generally Well Organized
We used Black Tulip Funerals during a difficult period and found the overall process reasonably well organized. The staff were respectful of our family's wishes, and most arrangements were handled with care. There were a couple of details I had to check again along the way, although that may have been partly due to everything that was going on at the time. Overall, things went largely as expected and helped make a challenging situation a little easier to manage.
