STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

This company allows you to set up an account very easily, allows you to place funds into your account… all seems to be well. But then the company will restrict your account and not allow you to withdraw said funds. They tell you on the app chat service “someone from the compliance team will be in contact in due course” to receive funds back, however i have heard nothing and when asked how long this will take they just repeat “in due course”. That could mean any time…
This is highly unprofessional i would not recommend them to anyone.
