Black Swallow 

Same as all the others. Cancelled my order as was taking to long. Told I could get a refund. Order was March it is now May and still no refund. 4 emails later just auto response. Do not deal with this company

Ordered gardening equipment valued at over $700.00 on 21st April, 2023.

Delivery was stated as 4-8 days. Express delivery paid.

Funds deducted from my account.

Tracking has not moved and it is now 2nd May, 2023.

Multiple follow up emails were sent to "Customer Support." Only one feeble excuse offered stating they are overwhelmed with orders and as such there will be delays. This applied to both the manufacturer and Black Swallow. (See below.)

Black Swallow's phone is now disconnected as at 2nd May, 2023.

Now it's time to recover the funds. Reports will be made to statutory authorities, etc.

I strongly suggest this "business" be avoided.

I ordered a rabbit hutch for around $315 on March 15. It’s now May. I haven’t received it. And when I asked for a refund, they said they were processing it but there’s no indication it’s being processed. It says they’re located at Preston’s and I’m tempted to see if it’s a real business. I don’t know if I’ll ever get my money back and it’s not a small amount either

Not even worth 1 star.. took our money never heard from again but for auto bot messages scam company

Order a raised bed $150 got invoice nothing shipped. Then chased up order got response saying they will ship shortly. Then nothing emailed again and ask for refund since it's been three weeks. They said they would refund . But l am not holding my breath from that response from other. Contact number disconnect. I will follow up government agency.

I bought 2 mattresses for 600 dollars and I didn’t get anything I asked for my refund and they said its gonna take 5 days and has been more than 2 weeks now and I haven’t got my money back. I’m sending emails every single day and I don’t get any answer.

Ordered a product for almost $300 on March 9th. It's now 6th April and no product, no shipping, and lots of excuses. Now I have asked for a refund, it's radio silence. I think they have stolen my money.

Save yourself the disappointment! Ordered raised garden beds 14th March. 1 week later I had to follow up for shipping info. They said they had a delay and they would send tracking info within 1-3 business days. By 30th March, no info was received and I followed up again. Then I was told it would take another few days to ship. Still no tracking info. I tried calling customer service today 3rd April 2pm and voice message said they were 'currently closed.' I asked for a refund. Very disappointing.

Ordered 3 different Jeffree Star Mystery boxes on the 7th of February 2023 and on the 28th of February they emailed saying that they cancelled my order and that I will be refunded. Such a huge wait to be then highly disappointed when you actually hear from them!

Ordered a bed frame mid November, 2022. Took a day off work to build it from kit. Bed frame arrived but when I took it out and started putting it together, noticed there were numerous pieces missing! When i asked to have them sent, was told that there were no more left and would have to get refund. Had to repack boxes and send back. Ordered a different bed frame and when I unpacked it, found the following - 1. Still pieces missing! 2. Even though instructions said at start 2 particular pieces needed, diagrams stated 3 pieces! Only 2 supplied - impossible to build!! 2. Ad showed nicely painted product - the real product was sprayed badly with pieces totally missed. 3. When I went to phone them, the number was disconnected! 4. The diagrams which showed how to build it were wrong and so, after doing it as instructed, had to pull to pieces and start again!

What an unprofessional lot you are!! I don't know what your real game is? Have read the other reviews and have gone through exactly the same rigmarole..have called several times..they offered to cancel the purchase..no I said I have waited two weeks already..don't cancel!.. three weeks later received part of the purchase..(dog enclosure) ..no tracking no: no indication any of the purchase was being delivered...and still waiting for the rest.. tried to track down the shipping carrier.. ended up via Black Swallow..got a tracking no: not sure if this is legit!! keeps coming up "Pending try again later" ...Tried calling them again..got "not in the office" message..there is no way of tracking your purchase..going around in circles..have paid full amount.. no communication whatsoever... perhaps these people need to be investigated by the authorities which is where I am going next if I do not get any satisfaction. The stress people are put through not to mention the cost is horrendous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Ordered a sofa, shipping was stated as $15 express delivery. I paid the invoice in full. 10 days later I received another invoice from Black Swallow asking for $97 more for delivery. Called customer service told them I will not be paying any extra, it their problem that your website made an error.
Then person I was speaking to just cancelled and refunded my order with out my consent.
So now I an out of a sofa, and had to go searching again
Don't push your money mistakes onto your customers. It was your fault so you the company need to deal with it, even if it is going to cost your company money.
Suck up your mistakes and learn from it.

It's been 10 days since my order and still no information has been sent regarding shipping. I'm never ordering from here again, 3 years ago this place was excellent and now I will never recommend to anyone again.

Honestly what a joke! Ordered a product over $500 dollars, 9 days later (after myself thinking it was shipped) only to be told it’s not in stock. I picked another one a couple of weeks have passed no communication through them only when chased up the thing is still in bloody Melbourne never again will I waste my time or money.

Can’t believe I order things from Sydney through other suppliers and get parcels within 3 Days ordered thru Black Swallow apparently another party involved with shipping but but nothing after being told a few times it’s been shipped & I will receive tracking number when I don’t I’m told conveniently their communication is down , so still waiting maybe by Christmas! Funny when I read reviews on company web site it’s all high ratings! Obviously their workers pumping it up ! All I can say is don’t buy from them ! Took my $225.00 & making interest on it maybe related to Albo

There's only one customer service employee. They constantly cancel the orders under any weird excuses just to ask me to reorder but select the more expensive shipping option, just to reorder later on but... the offer I wanted just expired.

I believe they do this on purpose, so you end up buying at full price!

This company is deceptive in its advertising of "in stock" products which are really coming from China.

They tell you what you want to hear to buy themselves time. I believe that they are just a Chinese Drop Shop.

I had to get PayPal involved to get a refund.
