Unethical and Undelivered
I placed an order on 2/18/26 but have not received the product even though I paid extra $ for a faster delivery for Black History Month. I used PayPal to pay for it believing this was prudent. I asked PayPal for a refund but was denied because the seller documented it was delivered. However, I never received anything. There were 3 different names used with processing this order: Black Pride Movement, Xen Ligt Technologies Co., Ltd, and Guang Zhou Nuan (Order, PayPal, Bank). It appears to be layers of confusion to me. The USPS tracking number given to me was invalid on the official USPS website. Another tracking # from a different tracking service was used for proof of delivery to PayPal for their review of my request. It stated the package was delivered to a BethPage sorting center for distribution using my zip code. What is that? Where is that? Then what happened once it arrived there? It never made it to me. Never heard of it and couldn’t find it when I searched. When I inquired about this to BPM’s customer service, there hasn’t been a response. PayPal did not do due diligence in assisting me and worked well with the seller to deny my refund stating the product was delivered even if it wasn’t to me.
