Been a week and no updates or…

Been a week and no updates or correspondence on my order. No tracking info… wven on a petial order delivery. Nothing kept in the dark about this and contemplating full refund now. Trying to support a black business, esp one that is local to me in NYC and getting the silent treatment; buyer beware. I could’ve gone to my local korean owned supply stop and received my items much faster than this

Item purchased was advertised as a Hot…

Item purchased was advertised as a Hot Flash Spray. The bottle came without a spray top. I emailed customer support and was basically told there was nothing they could do and they were not responsible for the way the seller advertised the product and then went on to suggest that I go to a discount store and purchase a spray attachment myself. If I wanted something other than a spray, I wouldn’t have purchased something advertised as a spray.

I never received my full order nor a…

I never received my full order nor a refund. What did arrive was late despite me paying for expedited shipping; also, I have been unsuccessful in response from customer service via email, text, and phone. I try really hard to support black businesses. This was a highly disappointing experience.
THE COMPANY RESPONSE STATES THAT I DID NOT EMAIL THEM. I CAN PROVE MULTIPLE EMAILS, MY PAYMENT, AND NO DELIVERY OF THE REST OF MY ORDER.
Today, I finally received the remainder of my order.

The customer FAQ and shipping policy clearly states:
- Orders placed after 5:00 pm ET are processed on the following business day
- Orders are shipped up to 1 day after being processed
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Federal Holidays
*Labor Day was observed on Monday 9/5 this year.

Your order consisted of mulitple heavy items

- Out of an abundance of caution your orders were sent out on the same day in two seperate packaging
- One out of the two shipments appears to have arrived within the appropriate time frame
- The other shippment was just recently reported "lost in transit" by our carrier partner

You sent your delivery concerns via text message

Per the Customer Resource Center and the FAQ's:
- Customer claims should be sent via email at info@blackowned365.com
- Customer claims can also be submitted via form as an alternative
- Package protection offers free replacement of your order

*We did "not" recieve an email or form submission from you.
*We do not offer refunds on shipping rates (This is industry standard).
*Your order was covered with package protection. You were elegible to recieve a new order had you filed the claim with package protection.

- We have re-shipped the items within your order that were "lost in transit" via carrier.
- An automatic discount for free express shipping is availble for your next purchase.

Great communication. Received immediate email from customer service team that item purchase was low in stock and given me alternatives to choose another item or refund. This smart Led Bulb is Very nice to…

Very nice to match the pool and hot tub lights. Also nice not to have to walk behind my outdoor kitchen each time I need to turn on/off the lights. I bought 4 of these and i am a happy camper so far. I love the Smart Led Bulb

Shipping was same amount as the order I purchased. I also did not get the correct scent in the laundry detergent.

Gave the company a try. Not too sure I will do it again.
