AVOID AT YOUR PERIL!! Don’t listen just keep taking payment and even turning of hosting!!! Avoid

They wont do the job ( design website) and you will never get your money back.
They just not honet.

I have the right to write a review. I say that because the S8 Computer business that took £100 from me and returned my computer in a worse state, don't want my comments published.

It took weeks to get it back. Delays, excuses, not answering calls or replying to texts - weeks of it.

When I was finally told to collect it I had to wait one and half hours while the panel was put back on. The guy was looking for cable ties and couldn't find them. His work place, his lounge! was so cluttered I wasn't even sure of the way out.

It reflects his work - dis-organised.

I took my so called repaired computer home. No access code for Windows Pro, which I hadn't asked to be installed. It couldn't connect to the internet.

I went to a proper Computer business and explained what had happened. They said it was now scrap. Too expensive to repair and buying a new one would be cheaper.

They also said they wouldn't have attempted a repair. Also, parts now fitted were old and basic but that the Ram and processor simply weren't up to the job.

S8 Computers have kept a hard drive telling me 'come and get it'. This after I've been left repeated rambling Voicemails. It's an attempt to intimidate following a review I posted. There are thinly veiled threats.

As this situation escalated I contacted the Police and provided them with evidence: texts and Voicemails. That's being investigated now. There's an incident number and they have his name and address.

The Computer was my deceased Mother's. Sentimental value. It makes it all the worse.

Don't go near this one man bandit. You'll regret it when he destroys your memories through his incompetence. But it's the harassment that follows which is a cause for concern. Only the involvement of the Police has stopped him, although I still got one more Voicemail.

They have that too.

Avoid S8 Computers. That business operates out of a ground floor flat. It is a one man business based in Sheffield 8; hence its name.

This is personal review based on my experience at the hands of an incompetent.

I have not exaggerated the events nor have I made claims about anyone's mental health, motive or language.

I have tried to focus on the facts. Those can not be contested.

Beware they took money out my account without my consent

This company built me a website and hosted for 2 year agreement then when the agreement run out on 27th Nov 19 i deicide to go else were, then looking at my bank statements noticed £44.95 had been taken out of my account when I question this with black moon they said had kept my credit card details and thought I wanted to carry on with the web hosting, I had no notification of this until I seen it on my bank statement. and no refund as been given.
