Vernell was amazing right from the introduction. We did a deep dive into my two previous life insurance policies and he was able to able find two comparable policies to replace my previous ones that were worth more at the same price I was already paying. Talk about adding value! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and was able to explain things that makes it easy and simple to understand. He even went above and beyond during an instance when I had some difficulty canceling one of my policies during the transition period. I love the fact that I didn’t feel pushed or sold to and he kept it straight with me. Last but not least he’s always reachable. He didn’t just disappear after the “transaction.” He’s still available to answer any questions I have that may arise. I highly recommend Vernell!
