Incredible, didn’t realize how brutal my old chair was until I sat in this. Picked it up on an Easter sale for 439.99 and it was well worth the money. Chairs aren’t cheap but this one is a good bang for the buck.

Great construction and quality. I love the heaviness of the throne, and it rolls very easily. No squeaks like my old chair, and I can sit in this one for hours without any back pains or feeling glued to it. Highly recommend!

The customer service is great with fast replies never an issue getting ahold of the staff members, my order always arrives on time never a day late hands down the best company when it comes to desk and chairs in the industry.

I’ve ordered the atlas lite desk and monitor arm from Blacklyte. Both have great build quality and are reasonably priced for what you get. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but to me that can be overlooked as long as I am receiving a quality product which I believe I did.

I was so excited to get the Kraken Pro. Had it for 2 weeks and the arm rest plate broke at the weld inside the frame of the chair. I contacted support, they got back to me cery quickly and they are replacing the chair and told me to keep the broken one as a courtesy. This is the first company i have come across to do that. Amazing customer support, the chair is extremely comfortable and is the first chair ive been able to sit in for more than 6 hours straight. Absolutely amazing!!

For a while I'd been wondering whether to buy Secretlab OR Blacklyte for my gaming room. After watching several reviews, I opted for Blacklyte and I absolutely have no regrets! Their products are top quality and their customer service is incredible!

The gas lift approximately 10 months after purchase started malfunctioning. The team were very quick and helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem, emailing me videos showing me how to remove parts successfully and then organising a replacement piece.

Purchased the Athena Pro, it was delivered on time and free of charge plus a sale discount of £130.00 and came well packaged. The chair is well built and solid which does mean it is quite heavy. The seat is on the firm side but very comfortable. Overall I would recommend the Blacklyte Athena pro especially if you can find it on sale.

Chair was super easy to put together. Such a huge difference compared to my previous chair and the detail on the wuchang stitching looks fantastic

Really simple to set up and put together, very comfortable for short and long timeframes in the athena pro. The armrests are quite versatile and adjustable for most heights and widths, and the recline is very smooth and stable. As for the lumbar support adjustment it holds the tension quite well and again is very adjustable for most bodytypes. Worth every penny so far, strongly recommend👍

I recently bought the Austin Major Blacklyte Chair, and the gas lift mechanism was unfortunately damaged and the height couldn't get changed. I reached out and they got back to me in a day requesting a video. After their team analyzed the video, they determined that a replacement chair was best solution. I received my new chair the following week with no issues. Thank you Blacklyte Team. Had a good customer service experience.

I had bought this gaming chair from Blacklyte which was very supportive and met my needs for daily use. One of the armrests had come loose and needed to be repaired. I contacted Blacklyte customer service who responded within the hour to offer a solution. I then received a new armrest shortly afterwards which satisfied me 100%. I will be buying from Blacklyte again in the future.

I bought the Athena Pro White, and at first I was kinda skeptical because I am already satisfied with my Ikea chair. But boy, oh boy! Every cent is worth it.

First of all, it was delivered to me quickly. The packaging is neat. Everything in the box is labeled. Assembly is very easy and simple with the instruction.

I play games for hours and hours and my butt and my back doesn't feel tired or achy at all. It's sturdy, yet very comfortable. The built-in adjustable lumbar support keeps your back in the right position, the magnetic head rest provides comfort on your neck. It's like I'm playing while I'm lying on the bed. The leatherette is very comfy on the skin too.

The best thing is that I can recline this to almost a lying position when I want to chill between games. Even my wife jumped on it as soon as I assembled the chair.

Highly recommended to anybody who would like to purchase a gaming chair. I didn't regret choosing Blacklyte over other brands!

The product (Desk) is absolutely amazing, sturdy, and easy to assemble. I managed to assemble it alone, but two people would be the best option.

The customer experience could use some improvement; there isn't a 'customer area' on the website, so you can't see your order history (at least I couldn't find a login option).

The delivery took much longer than expected, and finding someone to help me was a bit hard.

Since, after all the difficulties, I received the product in excellent condition, I'm giving it 4 stars
