Good communication from Blackgate
Great service from Blackgate. The order was significantly delayed due to a delay from the supplier, however Blackgate immediately responded when I enquired and kept me in touch on the progress.

Asks for more money after sold!
Made an order via the website, paid for products and delivery. A couple of days later, I received an email saying that the listing price was wrong and that if I wanted the product, it would be an additional £10. When challenged, the seller stated it was a system mistake. Seller did not honour the price it was listed for, and purchased at. Poor customer service. Although full refund was issued, the overall experience was poor and I will not be using this company again.
