Rubbish site
Rubbish site, horrendous customer service. Don’t buy anything from them, took weeks to ship and item was the wrong size, I emailed customer service 3 times and no reply. Opened a dispute through PayPal to get a refund of the difference and the emails I have received emails from ‘Maria Finance Manager’ that are just plain rude.

Still have not received my product
Still have not received my product. No response to my emails and tracking number is a dud as the link does not work and they can't find the tracking number anywhere. Have lodged a paypal dispute. Very disappointing and will be following it up with the relevant Australian authorities.

I purchased 3 lamps last Christmas never received them I tried endlessly to get in touch with them when I finally did she said they would re-ship them I never got them and then they never answered my emails again - no way to call them…..just email.

This website is a TOTAL scam
This website is a TOTAL scam! And they will steal your money.
It's been over 11 days since my money was withdrawn. The product is not shipped. Their email address doesn't exist, and bounces right away. So tried to get in touch on Instagram. Still no answer. so made a comment to their latest post, asking to please get in touch with me. They didn't, but they DID delete my comment from their post.
Guessing i'm one more comment away from being blocked...

If I could I would give no stars..trash products. Buyer beware..products advertised on Instagram and website are in stark contrast to what we actually received. Blackbrd do not reply to customer concerns or emails. Product I received not fit for purpose. Please be careful buying from this site.
