Ordered the Product waiting and expecting it to arrive and then received an email saying my money had been refunded to my account

I have just received the products. so it is early to tell any difference.

Sent another shade of face powder I ordered and they didn’t allow me to purchase more than 1 item initially when ordering. I want a refund which I hope they will respond accordingly

I usually have a good experience but customer service was definitely lacking on this occasion. There were items missing from my package and I’ve had no response to my email regarding a refund. This experience has made me less confident shopping on this website so I doubt I will be using this service again in future.

I paid for next-day delivery but it took 5 days for my products to be delivered, overall I would recommend shopping from here it takes a while but you will get your products.

This company is awful. They lied to me when I placed the order pretending that they had what I wanted in stock to get my money. They then dispatched and tried to palm off the wrong product. This was a huge inconvenience, if I had known they didn’t have what I wanted I would have bought it somewhere else. Never buying from them again.

I ordered twice of an item and only received one. That’s money down the drain. Unprofessional, they don’t answer the shop phone or emails. Ridiculous! Paid extra for a early delivery and got it 5 days later! Pathetic! It was my first time ordering from here and never again.
