I purchased my first Black Arch Holsters Protos-M 2.0 for my Springfield Hellcat Pro, and it turned out to be one of the best holster purchases I’ve made.

Without question, it’s the most comfortable inside-the-waistband holster I own. The thick leather backing combined with the breathable mesh makes all-day carry extremely comfortable.

One feature I especially appreciate is the 3/4 Kydex shell. I’ve owned other hybrid holsters that would collapse after drawing the firearm, making reholstering difficult—and potentially unsafe. The combination of Black Arch’s thicker leather backing and their 3/4 Kydex design keeps the holster open, allowing for safe, easy one-handed reholstering.

That brings me to why I’m writing this review.

A few weeks ago, the holster from another manufacturer that I had been using for my HK VP9SK broke. I was leaving town the following week and needed a replacement quickly. There wasn’t even a decision to make. Because of how impressed I had been with my Hellcat Pro holster, I knew I wanted another Protos-M 2.0—this time for my VP9SK.

I contacted Black Arch, explained my situation, and asked if there was any chance they could rush the order. Not only did they say yes, they shipped it the very same day so I would have it before my trip. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.

It’s refreshing to find a company that builds an outstanding product and stands behind it with outstanding customer service. Add in their 30-day return policy, and there’s very little risk in giving them a try.

I couldn’t be happier with both my holsters and the people behind the company. Black Arch has earned a customer for life.

I will NEVER know IF they make good or bad stuff because I have called them 6 times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the phone, I have left several messages with their vioce mail and NO ONE EVER RETURNS A CALL.
Personally, I never do business with a company with horrible, or NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and THIS COMPANY IS AS BAD AS THEY COME.

The best IWB holster on the market, hands down! Very comfortable, has spacers that turn the butt of the gun towards you, like a claw would, covers the entire trigger, feels much better than kydex against your body, and carry's great appendix! I 💯% recommend Black Arch Holsters!

I about gave up trying to find a quality/comfortable holster for my hellcat until a friend told me about Black Arch. I was still hesitant when i ordered thinking this was going to be the same ole thing (waste of money). Boy was i wrong!!!!!. Looks great right out of the box but more important it is so comfortable to wear, I actually forgot i was wearing it.
I will now be ordering one for my Glock and suggest to anyone to give this holster a try. You will not be disappointed.

The holster came quickly as promised, and is great for an in waist holster, but it helped me decide that I really would rather have an outside waist holster; not comfortable enough for me to wear daily

I recently purchased the Rev Con holster and the open belt. I have been looking for a holster that I can use to carry my Glock 19 and be comfortable all day. in the last month I haven't worn another belt or used another holster. i am buying another belt in brown. I had been using a "slide belt" which I like, however it is not very good with a holster, it's just not study enough. The open belt is both study but also very comfortable. I strongly recommend both.

Im an appendix carry guy! And i wanted to try strong side carry so i order one just for my HK vp9sk and i love it! Now i have one for my Glock 19 and my cz P07!! Great investment!!!

I liked the fit of mine so well I got one for my son. And he really likes it too.

Awesome holster. I carry a VP9 and it’s super comfortable
I’m 21 and workout a lot so I like my clothes to fit slim and this holster has no problem concealing a full size gun with superb comfort.
