Those terms and conditions apply to our B2B customers as they get a specified account.

In no way do I obstruct your rights as a consumer. One of previous reviews even stated 5* due to the returns process after they made a purchase in error. This included a quick turn around for an exchange for the item he would need and pickup arranged by us.

Seeing how this could be misunderstood, I’m going to extend our terms to highlight the difference between the B2C and B2B.

If you would like to come back as a customer and leave a review, that would be great.

Great Support and Good Condition Items

Needed a CPU fast so ordered one from Black Antler but didn't realise I bought the wrong one, order arrived very quick (does cost extra for next day shipping) and the CPU was factory new. Got in contact with their support and was a really easy process getting it all figured out, fast replies and was more than helpful!

Definitely would recommend buying from these and when I need new parts I will be coming back!

Prompt customer support

Brought the PGO32UFS for £690 (10%off using the code for signing up to the mailing list), which was cheaper then SCAN and OCUK by £150. (you can get it for (£639 using same method now).

Monitor came with european 2 pin insted of britsh 3 pin plug, emailed customer support at 6pm and got a reply by 7pm from Tom. 2 days later i recived a 3 pin plug. These things happen it was probably Asrocks fault but what matters was the fast replys.

Fantastic customer service!

Was a little worried when I first purchased because they are a smaller retailer and at first my order wasn't able to be fulfilled but Tom reached out to me immediately and offered a few different solutions to fit my needs which I really appreciated. When my order did arrive, the shipping was fast and the packaging was excellent. Overall a really great shopping experience and I'd buy from them again.

Not very good experience ordered a…

Not very good experience ordered a motherboard was told it wasn't in stock must have been a sync error the usual predictable garbage and paid via PayPal and was told it can take up to 2 weeks for the refund now. Also I don't think they have a contact number to speak with someone everything seems to be via email, I could be wrong but I couldn't find a number on there website.

Sorry again that you didn’t have the best experience with Black Antler.

I did some digging into the issue that caused this and it was a caching issue I’m afraid, the motherboard had been out of stock for a day and had been removed from our stock but the website and Google Merchant Centre still had access to it showing 2.

In regards to PayPal, I’m afraid so. 2 weeks is the longest seen so far because they act as a broker and not a bank which adds extra steps into the mix. Your refund was sent straight away at the time of writing this is currently set as pending.

We don’t have a phone number listed because our phones are usually busy, so we have a dedicated Live Chat on the website instead so we can turn questions into tickets easily. For instance your issue/email was being dealt with out of opening hours, because it was an email notifying myself.

There is scope for a dedicated line in the future for issues and ordering when more staff can be hired.

This issue that caused you to leave a poor review has now been added to daily checks to make sure it doesn’t happen again, because as you can see, it ruined your shopping experience.
