th time in a month that Black Angus…
4th time in a month that Black Angus hires Door Dash to deliver my order. 4th time the order is incomplete or wrong. Last 2 time they put red onions and tips on our chicken burgers. Then time before, they forgot dinks again today and 2 other times.. The door dashers drivers do not answer there phone and or the phone doesn’t take messages or the phone is out of order. Today the door dasher like all the other times doesn’t speak English, cant read the receipt stapled to the bag just like each of the other door dashers!! I specifically called Black Angus restaurant the past 3 times to make sure no tips and onions on the burgers and to make sure they deliver drinks…
Patience’s goes along ways.. i am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the news station about Black Angus restaurant on Blossom Hill in San Jose and their business practices, As well as Door Dash. Hiring people to drive and deliver an order is not rocket science, they MUST hire efficient and professional people. Do not look for compassion or pity on these drivers, they are getting paid and should not receive pay if they can not do a job..
