Poor product and worse customer service

Poor product that did not work or fit in my vehicle. Wiring was too short for intended use.
Attempted to return the product due to this issue as the website states they take returns with approval.
Worst customer service that is not customer friendly.
Requested return and was informed they do not accept returns and was instructed to purchase additional parts from other sites in order for it to fit my vehicle.
Would advise not purchasing from this company.

The plate and craftsmanship are HORRIBLE

The plate and craftsmanship are garbage. It broke after 3 days and they refuse to replace it without me purchasing another one. Don’t waste your money. It’s not as described as it’s tinted when not activated. Horrible people horrible product
