We saw that the order was delivered on May 12th, and also that there is no message or email from you through other channels, so a month has passed since the order was received. Unfortunately according to our policy, you need to contact us within 7 days after the delivery so that we can open a claim with the carrier and see how we can resolve this in the best way.

We pack the products well but once they leave our company, we have no control over how they are handled. That is why we ask you to contact us within this deadline, so that we can report to the carrier.
