False promise and misleading information
In my case they haven't informed all the montly charges ,they haven't disclosed the fixed additional charge of 800 sek per month. When I highlighted this before the final agreement agent first mentioned that the owners have not disclosed it.
While we had a open discussion while final transfer the seller has mentioned that all the details were handedover to the agent.
Agent didn't detained the fact but promised that he will come back with compensation.
Till now it has been more than 6months despite multiple mails he didn't even reply back to mail.
In October agent messaged me on my phone as below.
"Hi, apologies for the delayed response. Since you have been persistently calling, I haven't been able to address your emails as I feel you are putting words in my mouth. I will explain how the process works when purchasing an apartment in Sweden, as there are some basics you need to understand. I'll also discuss the compensation matter. What time suits you for a call this evening? I will be consulting my lawyers, as your constant calls and demands for compensation are becoming personal. If this continues, I will take legal action for harassment. Please also note that you bought the apartment from your friends/co-workers, not directly from me. Let me know what time works best for a call."
It is so disappointing, stressful and untrustworthy.
So, my advice is to be really careful when buying from Bjurfors. Some hidden costs could chase for a while without any support from the agency.
