Still awaiting a response from customer services as one of my products was missing from my order.

I’ve messaged customer services, I’ve replied to their face book page and I’ve submitted a review on here. All have been ignored.

Be careful before ordering as there’s little you can do when things go wrong. Now I understand why they don’t let you pay through PayPal! They don’t want you to get a refund.

I ordered Two different size shoes but both pairs didn’t fit.I had to wait for the sandals to come to arrive but they didn’t fit.I e mailed for a return not but it took some time.Eventually i had a replybut they wanted photos which i provided then the sent me a return notei printed it off and went to the post office and handed the parcel in.I recieved confirm notice straight away and the money was returned.That part was very well organized.

I absolutely love wearing these, especially when I am on holiday, they are my most comfortable footwear, I suffer from Plantar Facilitis....but not when I am wearing these, they ease my foot pain brilliantly. These little beauties are like walking on clouds...they really are, I have recommended my friends and family start to wear them and I believe a few of them have ordered some.

I love the sliders I have them in every colour the only thing I could say is delivery could be a bit faster

I ordered the slippers . Love them and my husband has a pair . They fit us perfectly. To order was easy and was kept informed about delivery

I bought my slides about 3/4 years ago, I was so impressed with them, I went back and bought more for my daughter, she loves them too.
My recent experience with the slippers was not too good, the size was too small they were uncomfortable, a funny shape. Bought mainly for my husband and son, but the size was to small and they don’t do size 10, but having said that, if they did do bigger sizes, it does look odd and bulky.
Overall the company guys are great, no problems returning the items, but still waiting for my refund, they have received the package, 3 weeks ago, so I don’t t know what the hold up is?
I would still purchase the slides again.
It was a bit odd that the package came from china.

I ordered these in the hope they’d ease my plantar fasciitis, and I have to say, when I got the tracking email and saw they were coming from China and not Norway, I panicked.
I bought 3 pairs so when they arrived, I was quite impressed with their look and feel, but what occurred after was much more important to me, for me, they absolutely worked and my feet are feeling great again. I also swap to a different pair each day and I pull the fleece liner out to air them when I take them off.
I’m not saying it will work for everyone, but they do offer really good support and are comfortable.
I can last a full day on my feet now, and even when I’m done for the day and in bed, the stabbing feeling in my feet has gone.

I ordered 2 slippers and 1 sliders. I hadn't realised that they were shipped from China and they took what felt like forever to arrive.
The slippers are lightweight but small fitting, I would size up if ordering again. They are comfortable but make my feet look an odd shape when wearing them.
The lining isn't removable for cleaning and if not wearing socks it immediately sticks to your feet.
The sliders were bought as a present so I cannot review them.
Overall I wouldn't buy again.

This is the second time I’ve bought from Bjorgk. I decided to buy a pair of slippers. In truth I was expecting the same comfort as that provided by the sliders. They are not the same. The sales pitch led me to believe the slippers and sliders are of similar comfort. The slippers are harder. I’d buy the sliders again but pass on the slippers.

I was a bit sceptical ordering from here for the first time, order came in two parcels.
The cloud slippers aren’t the nicest looking slippers but the comfort most definitely outweighs the look!

I ordered the slippers in green and they are amazing. They are so comfortable and really help with the diabetic neuropathy in my feet. Ordering and delivery were excellent and I’m sure I will be ordering again.

Very pleased with the communication supplied regards delivery and extremely pleased with the quality of the products.

The company is great, sizing for me was a bit small so I sent them all back and a bigger size arrived in the next couple of days, they are all great I love them, comfortable and grip well even in the rain, I bought all types, flip flop, sandle slippers and slides all of them great the slippers are extremely warm

Easy to use website and ordering, quick despatch of goods which were well packaged. The goods are great too! I ordered the slippers, sliders and sandals and they are really helping my plantar fasciitis

Hi I have brought from Bjorgk on numerous occasions having especially loved their sliders. I find them to be very hard wearing and very comfortable definitely value for money. Also I love the great range of colour's 💛🧡🤎.I recently brought some slippers that unfortunately I had to return as they didn't quite fit my foot shape. I have followed the return instructions a while ago now and still awaiting my refund.

These are the most comfiest sliders I’ve ever worn and love the colour! Perfect for indoors and have also worn them outdoors too. A dream to walk on, would definitely recommend!

Was very surprised who comfortable these are took them on holiday never had them off. Made a huge difference as I suffer from plantar fasciitis which can be very painful but where these really helped. Only comment is the difficulty tracking had to make contact to be able to track.

I did buy 2 pairs different sizes because didn’t know which size fits better. I though to return one pair later but return procedure not easy. The waiting time is so long because they are coming from China, not from UK and you can’t truck package.The items came in the thin plastic package and was deformed. Also very expensive for the quality. So, because it’s not easy to return and also we already had to go for holidays I decided to leave the items. When we went for holidays in Croatia we found exactly the same just for €10 a pair 😬
