Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!
Made an order in the evening with the next day delivery option. I wasn’t expecting next day at that time of the day ordering, but at least 2 days later. I got no dispatched email or anything. Contacted them via their website chat, no reply. Emailed them via their email, came back as unable to deliver. I Facebook messaged them & got a read & no reply. I looked at their Etsy store & they are dispatching on there just fine. So they aren’t away on holiday like a reply I saw to another person not getting theirs next day delivery.
