Starting my LLC was much easier than I expected
I used BizUpUSA to set up my LLC, and the whole process was surprisingly smooth. The website was easy to follow, and I always knew what step I was on. I never felt confused or overwhelmed, which was important since this was my first time forming a business.
I also purchased the Operating Agreement through them. After I answered a few questions, everything was put together and sent out for signatures. It was simple, organized, and saved me from having to figure everything out on my own.
What I liked most was that everything was in one place. I didn't have to jump between different websites or deal with unnecessary paperwork. The dashboard made it easy to keep track of my documents and progress.
