Interesting macro composition…

Interesting macro composition specifically designed to be same as the Mediterranean diet.

I have more energy and am feeling and looking better compared to so many of meal replacements I've tried that often use the Zone diet macros. This Mediterranean diet feels more natural and less fattening

Tastes better than most of the natural meal replacements I've tried that don't have artificial sweeteners, though requires an adjustment if used to artificial sweeteners. I love that it has no artificial sweeteners
