I'm trying to reach the support since 1week and nobody is replying

I wanted to invest in cryptocurrencies and decided to use the Nuri app as an EU trust, but unfortunately its customer service is really bad, no one responds to your tickets and there is no call center. My account does not work for sale and I asked them to solve my problem with the ticket but nothing happened

So disappointed. Recently transferred 1000€ to my UK bank. No funds arrived. Despite providing bank statements to prove non receipt of MY money Nuri customer services are now ignoring my tickets. I don't know what to say, but perhaps look elsewhere if this is nuri post pandemic. No. I do not recommend.

It The best app and very easy and it is a perfect way to save money

After a rather long, but highly relevant security check, when opening an account, I have found Nuri easy to use and some rather cool features, when buying/sellling cryptos.
Definitely surprised and very satisfied.

As most UK banks have banned buying crypto, needed a simple but safe account to try using crypto. Safe, simple and secure, NURI ticks all the boxes.

Account terminated before I had a chance to even deposit money!!

It took me several weeks to complete the application process due to buggy android app (which kept crashing). I had to do it live with a camera+ divulge private information to a NOT trustworthy NURI company (see Trustpilot ratings+complaints).

In fact, for more than 7 days, I was repeatedly hounded with daily E-mails asking me to complete my application process (and receive a bonus).

After the application was processed/completed and accepted, my account was opened. I applied for a debit card via the app.

On Saturday April 9, I received an E-mail that my account was suddenly/unexpectedly terminated. I had not even sent in any money nor used NURI for any activity.

Question= how could NURI - a legitimate company in Germany- process/open my account a few days earlier, allow me to request a debit card, and then terminate my account without a single activity taking place?

NURI should have rejected my request from the beginning instead of wasting my time by keeping sending me E-mails to complete my application process and enticing me to get some bonus money.

This is the most bizarre process for a legal/legitimate banking operation based in Germany.

Moreover, I am most concerned about what NURI is doing with my private information (tax ID, photo, address, status).

I also found out that others have had similar experience, with their money completely locked up without a clear explanation from NURI.

I do not recommend opening an account with NURI .

It took a while until a problem got solved but finally it worked out.

I have my mobile Bank account more than one year. Nuri is easy to use, and enables access to any atm so you can withdraw money at any bank without paying a fee. Furthermore it is easy to invest in the main crypto currency (BTC, ETH) without paying high fees for the transaction. The new function to invest automatically every month, with even 30€ is a great option for anyone who is not so educated about investment and wants to do something against the high inflation.

All was good, as it always is, until i got the first problem. On the first ETH -> NURI transfer i waited 1 hour and nothing was happening although etherscan clearly showed ETH credited. I sent a support request, NEVER had a reply, but luckily after another hour the ETH were there. Yesterday (stupid me) i sent 1.88 ETH to my vault. They do not show up on my app. I wrote a mail almost 24h to the support, nobody ever replied. On etherscan, once again, it shows the eth in my vault. Well, I said, lets use the mnemonic phrase that should be compatible with any wallet...
Yeah, i wish!
Metamask, MathWallet and MEW said "invalid mnemonic".
Now, if this is the only way i can get an answer...

This has been the worse experience of my life. If your thinking of getting NURI RUN!!!!!!!!They are the biggest a SCAMMERS!!!!!! So I opened my account back in March 2022 I was excited to see bank like Revolut that accepts Crypto and I can astore my Crypto for BTC and ETH in a Vault however it is all scam and a lie!! After I send my initial transfer for 27.000 Euros they email me saying they need additional documents I send them everything verify that funds came form my Business account in the states and all and after 3 days they unblock my account and I alike ok maybe they are not so bad they where just doing their due diligence but I was DEADWRONG after they unblock my account is where the real scam begun. So I go buy BTC once my account is unlocked and verified and approved according to FABIAN if that's even his real name I cannot buy BTC or ETH and this the reason I wired funds to them not to transfer to have my BTC in additional place but they are stealing my hard worked earned money they are saying even though my account is unlocked they are having issues with their system now been 5 days and all this Fabian character says we are trying to fix glitch with my partner and that he has no update for me mind you this is after I asked to return my funds to account I used to send to them and now Fabian ignores me was so rude and was so vulgar as well .. Now they think they can keep my money but now I have made it my personal Hobby to destroy their reputation in every forum this is only the beginning I will go on every platform and have about 15 people ready to write and warn everyone of their scam. These 15 ppl have also been scammed!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Very easy, secure and friendly to use.

I am perfectly happy with the service, only i am a little bit disappointed that i cannot use it on 2 different smartphones without difficult changes to phone number. When i go outside i often take my rough phone, but it has another sim card and i cannot log into the app from it.
