They require an app for verification however their app doesn't work so well.
Person I'm speaking to can hear the echo and asks to connect headphones however the app doesn't accept Bluetooth headphones, only cable connected headphones are accepted by the app. Unfortunately my phone doesn't have such plug, which makes the app unusable.

Nuri is a great choice to store your Crypto!!
Nuri is a great platform to store and exchange your crypto. You can easily trade Bitcoin and Ether to EUR and vice versa. The fees are low which is great to see. You got also a German bank account where you can send funds from your personal bank account. And you can withdraw funds whenever you prefer it to do. Overall it’s a great tool if you are using crypto a lot. I can recommend Nuri to everyone for sure!

they do not pay promotions, regardless of whether you comply with the T&Cs
1. Referral program. I am informed that I can no longer participate in the program. Although it does not seem very correct to me not to pay after taking several clients, I can understand it.
2. Promo Banking with Nuri. I strictly comply with the T&Cs and they inform me that since I am out of the referral program, it does not matter if I have complied with the T&Cs of another independent promotion.
3. Promo Auto Recurring Purchase for 3 months. Once again, I strictly abide by the terms and conditions, but same thing! They haven't paid anything.
I read all the legal documents and conditions of all the promos and they are totally independent. I inform them and they ignore it.
In addition to the time and effort used, the will to do things correctly and collaborate positively, they do not answer and do not pay.
Edit: The same day that they answered me here on Trustpilot, I did what they told me, contact support again. I'm still waiting for an answer. No answer, no money
