Recently I have had an issue with my Bitvae D2 toothbrush and I tried using the 1 year warranty to solve the problem. However, everytime I tried to contact them they would contact back saying they need more information and then they would stop responding. Horrible company.

BESTEL NIET BIJ DEZE WINKEL! Onlangs had ik een probleem met mijn Bitvae D2 tandenborstel en ik probeerde het op te lossen met de garantie van 1 jaar. Elke keer dat ik contact met ze opnam, kreeg ik echter alleen maar te horen dat ze meer informatie nodig hadden, waarna ze niet meer reageerden. Een vreselijk bedrijf.
