After a long time of being unable to access my USDT account I was finally able to recover it through the new Bitunivex Exchange website. I have been a loyal user of this platform for many years but losing my account was a very painful experience. When I recently discovered that Bitunivex had launched a new website specifically to help users recover their funds, I immediately took action. On that very same day, which happened to be my birthday, I reached out to their support team. They responded quickly and guided me step by step on how to merge my old account with the new system. The process was simple and efficient. I submitted my KYC verification and within just 4 minutes my identity was approved. To my surprise, in less than 10 minutes my account was fully reactivated and I regained access to my USDT. This was a huge relief after so many years of waiting and it showed me that the platform is truly committed to making things right for its users.

It has not been a bad experience on here so far and I would recommend this exchange to anyone, anytime, anyday. Trading on this exchange is actually smooth and also I keep some of my holdings there too cause they have the best security out there.

If I could give zero stars I would. NO customer service, no reply when customer service contacted just a generic email sent regarding accounts being closed even though payments etc had been made? Customers money in limbo with no estimated time frame of when or if it would be reimbursed. Website has no contact information or anything other than an apology that the system was down with no time frame as to when it would be fixed or any other information for their customers. Never had an issue before this, however me along with many others (having had little to no communication) can only assume they have been basically scammed/robbed us of thousands of dollars.

I liked the two-factor authentication, the range of coins they're providing, and the sort of supported languages. One of my friends recommended it to me, found it very straightforward at first and getting a real fan of it!

There are a couple of other local Aussie exchanges out there. Some have more pro features so more sophisticated than Bitunivex, however, as a normal crypto investor, this platform is by far more user friendly and straighforward. You can easily find whatever you want and trade within a minute. Recommended for the public!

It's not a big exchange but support is good. I like the wallet. I'll continue to use. Big exchanges don't care about their customers
