AVOID like the Plague: i will move all my coins out of this cex. they are thieves, my hydro just gone up massively, Bittrex decided to do maintenance, forcing me to wait , by the time the work is finish, coin will have dipped. This is trader robbery, when am loosing they dont maintenance . BASTARDOS

Bittrex global Account disabled problem no response from customer service from past 3 months I cnt able to with draw my funds please I need help ASAP any help from your end is appreciated thank you

I was worried after reading these reviews that my funds were gone and I wasn't going to see them again.

I hadn't logged into my account for years and my account was disabled. I clicked on the support link and it told me to email some photos of myself holding a piece of paper with Bittrex written on it. After that, nothing but automated messages for 10 days! I opened 3 tickets expressing my concern, but nothing.

Then today out of the blue a customer service rep emailed to say that my account has been enabled!

I have managed to withdraw some of my crypto successfully. Support is unacceptably slow, but giving 4 stars because want to give some hope to those who think they have been scammed. It doesn't seem that way, you just have to wait a while!

Another scamming company that took a grand from me and denied access to my investment account. How can the SEC allow so many investment companies to commit fraud. Terribe....

As first experience after using about 5 different platforms successfully, i must say that This one is
so bad that i pray to my coin to get listed elsewhere.
Registration is painful, as first experience you want something reliable, even with your own passport is the verification a problem, as you need to reach customer service and they never reply. Bittrex is totally unreliable platform for trading with my coin will be listed elsewhere honestly!

This platform is the worst of CEX. Run away. Constant issues, same replies, in the meantime you can not trade. Rubbish and I remain polite.

It takes an average of 10 days for a support ticket. You get an answer back that will open another ticket and your reply will take again 10 days to respons.

Horrible customer service

Luckely i have only small amount on Bitrexx, THANK GOD! I got a new phone and so lost my 2FA.
I mailed them so they let me do the standard procedure of identification, they said it was solved but it failed. So tried other procedures but they all fail.
To my emails they dont respond, other than rerun the same procedures again and they keep failing.
So running in circles here and that is their way to keep you away from your money until you just give up. Typical way of so called "legal theft".
I advise you to never use Bittrex . There are plenty of reliable ways to invest in crypto.

Very poor feedback and they just steal your coins. They closed dealing in several coins in January and now I still cannot withdraw my positions. Please stay away from this site

It's taken over 3 weeks to get a response from the support team and I have tried to complete my verification dozens of times in different environments at different times of day. I'm going to close my account as this is just too much hassle. There is no clue to indicate why my selfie is not acceptable.

It cannot be normal that a creditable business cannot respond to a customer after two weeks. This proves the need to bring Bittrex under a regulatory body.

Well, I have been using Bittrex/Bittrex Global for several years. I was an American expat living abroad. Due to the pandemic and the timing of my travels, I have been stuck in the US. Because Bittrex Global does not serve clients located in the US, they disabled my account with my funds in it. Having no job, and a wife and child to with no income, I desperately needed those funds, and I made my situation known to them.

After months of back and forth with them giving me lame excuses and telling me to "please be patient", I thought they straight up stole my money. Holding people's money for that long is probably illegal, and I was considering contacting The FBI-cyber crime division.

However, they suddenly contacted me last week and enabled my account. To call them a scam is a stretch too far, but they really need clean up and speed up how they deal with customers. Furthermore, there is so much bad publicity for Bittrex Global at the moment. Because of my past good experiences with them, I do believe that they are a decent company overall. But, for the sake of their business, it would behoove them to fix the dismal customer service situation.

As for the future, they do have a lot of good coins and apart from this experience, I had never a problem with them in the past. I will probably use them again in the future, but I will NOT be keeping my funds on their platform.

US based users stay away from this scam site. They will gladly take your money but if you try to withdraw it back they will make up excuses about how the account you just used to buy BTC isn't valid.

This exchange is getting from bad to worse. I log in about two hours ago with Google Authenticator (2FA) code and it's asking me to login again and I have to key in the Google Authentication code too.

Poloniex and Binance do not treat me like this.

TOTAL SCAM
I deposited via credit card 100 euro to try bittrex in January. The money was never deposited on the account but it was successfully charged from the card.
After 5 days the support tells me that they had issues with the payments and all purchases were voided...and the money should had returned to my credit card...

Guess what? MONEY NEVER RETURNED
The only exchange that stole money from me incredible, they also refuses to reimburse the sum.

I'm also "playing" with Bittrex for almost a month now, and the truth is you can easily put money in, but it's almost impossible to get any funds back in fiat. I even have 2FA enabled and approved, yet for a Bank withdrawal, i need to send them a support ticket?!? There are also a lot of weird limits like minimum trade for any altcoin with btc is 0.0005 which is almost 20 euro atm, or you need a minimum amount of a coin to even be allowed to trade that one, for example 21 ADA (Cardano) is the minimum if you want to sell or buy ADA/whatever and so on...
Customer support doesn't exist at all, sent them a ticket because of a wrong transfer to one of their wallet addresses, never heard back.
At least you can send crypto to other exchanges.

Funny: half of the reviews here stating that bittrex is a scam, are themselves scammers with random mr. or mrs. blabla saved my money scams.... no hope....

I have 2 missing deposits, and support is not helpful. The matter has been pending for 3 weeks so far

Deposited money, was unable to use the money to make a trade and then had the most difficult process to get my money out! Over 1 month and still no success. Truly shocking.

yes, definitely a scam company. Last year they disabled my account and asked for info of a certain transaction. I have made many transactions from their wallet and cound not remember what was it for. After numerious emails i was able to reactivate my account by verifying my identity. I remember that they disabled my account after i didnt reply to their emails. I just got another email from them with notice of account closure. So i had to withdraw everything. I think they were hoping i wont check my account for 14 days so they can steal my coins.
