The whole experience in 40 words or less
Sometimes it takes long time for the bits to arrival but that's due its located in UK I think, other than that the service es excellent, the prices unbelievable LOW and the quality is great.

Bought an Impulsor
Bought an Impulsor. Took a couple of weeks to get here (shipping from Ireland to the US so that understandable) and arrived in great condition, no damages or missing parts. Definitely will order more from here.

Hi Kenneth, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately we cant lower the postage on US orders any further. It costs us £9.60 (not including the cost of the packaging) to ship a 100g large letter tracked to the USA, we charge £9.50. We lose 10p on every US bits order, and it can be much more than this for kits.
The alternative would be to either charge much more for the kits and bits, or to stop shipping to the US altogether which would disappoint our existing US customers. I hope that this helps explain the postage costs.

The shop interface and checkout interface was very good.
The shipment arrived perfect in a reasonable time given the global situation. However, I would have liked to have a tracking number to have some visibility on the shipment. Hope this can be improved next time.

Be aware of import duties
Very conflicted. The bits were good, absolutely no complaints there.
The order was dispatched with haste but delivery time took forever due to my being in the European Union. On my £20 order I had to pay €8 import duty.
If not for the extra cost I’d definitely order again.

This is unfortunate and I'm sorry to hear your tax authorities have charged you. There should be no tax payable on orders from Northern Ireland, which is still treated as a member of the customs union and single market for goods, and any EU country. I am aware of 1 other customer who was charged a small amount by German customs. There's charges are incorrect and I would encourage you to query them with your countries customs body. Some countries eg Norway charge VAT on orders over a certain value.
We send all EU orders with CN22s even though we aren't obligated to do so, which bears our IOSS number which tells customs to treat it as an EU to EU order. Unfortunately beyond this there's nothing we can do to prevent some EU customers being charged fees in error but it's thankfully rare.
I'll follow up with you privately to try to resolve this to your satisfaction, unfortunately we are both victims of the UK government!
