I am a newcomer to Bitsler.io. Let me tell you that I have never honestly felt more genuinely welcomed or even honestly wanted on any other site. Customer service is hands down the best, most informative, quickest replying customer service I have had the chance to experience. They nailed everything that was their part, all while helping make sure I nailed everything on my end to ensure the outcome be at its quickest most efficient completion.
It has had all the games I want and love to play and has added maybe 3x more to my collection that I will play daily/weekly. That have daily bonuses, weekly and monthly, and rank up rewards, too.
They take care of you. I may never play another site again.

Games don't need a vpn so far that I've seen. I did have a hiccup trying to withdraw but its prolly cause my phone had 65 tabs open and I closed them and it redeemed perfectly fine. Already have the ltc in my wallet and I am happy 👨.

They are a newer site but they're set up to compete with the top sites. They have a vip transfer thing going on rn wich upgraded me to platinum 3 and came with some goodies. They don't have the biggest selection of games but the ones they have are pretty good.

New and upcoming stake rival? Maybe, this place is getting off their feet with a running start. I recently did a VIP transfer from stake and was awarded 200$ +reloads of weekly/monthly. The game selection is still growing but the time i've played on here was decent. Didn't get to cash out but that was my fault, should of left when i was ahead. But there is always tomorrow ! What interested me was the vip transfer of course I'll check it out right. I contacted there support sent pictures of my i.d, proof of address, selfie, screen shots of my purchase history of the vip profile I want to transfer, game history and a video navigating through that account. After everything was accepted and approved. Wait for it... They send me on of those copy and paste replies and it says please allow up to 7 days for your case to be reviewed ( no problem what so ever with that btw ) Still sounds decent right.. Right after that it says due to an extensive amount of fake and fraudulent accounts that they have came across. They changed how to determine which cases get reviewed first and the best way to get your done quickly is to make purchases ( which is shady if you ask me ) but screw it I made a purchase after a couple days to speed things up. Guess what... You won't belive this it's going on 2 weeks it's been 12 days and when I bring it up to the support they have not information on anything besides if it had been reviewed or not. If it is not reviewed yet they suggest to make more purchases to speed it up. Lol

Bitsler seems to be a very good up and coming casino in my honest opinion. Their Bitsler Original games are really fun and they even have a few different ones than some of the other sites do. The site's user interface isn't anything fancy, but it's easy to navigate wherever you want to go on the site with ease, so that's a big plus.
