DISCRIMINATION! RACIST COMPANY! BULGARIA IS ON THEIR WHITE LIST BUT THEY DENIED MY OFFICIAL GOV ISSUES ID!

I applied for an account with them with my legit issued 2022 Bulgarian ID card. I scanned both sides and I did the self. My application was rejected for absolutely no reason and I received an email in which they stated they dont accept new applications. However people from other countries could open accounts with them.
European Union institutions should pay close attention to such RACIST companies and either issue huge fine against them or shutdown their operation for EU, until they treat all EU citizens equal.
The way they discriminated me as an EU citizen is just unacceptable!
They wrote in their email "Hello We apologize to inform you that the registration request cannot be accepted due to the admission filter for new customers"what a joke! In the same time people on reddit i telegram groups registered fine but from other countries!

Bitsa is a scam

Please never you make use of this app, they’re scam. I transferred money from my wife account to my Bitsa account they never allow me to take out the money, is been one year no response no call. I wrote them on email several times no response, all I can see in my Bitsa account now is a shared balance, I can’t transfer I can’t withdraw, they’re so frustrating, I have reported to my lawyer, I have to file a case against them.

Give me access to my money immediately.

In the last 5 hours of realising I cannot access my own money I have done a considerable amount of research on your organisation. I have read thousands of stories from people having had their money withheld (stolen) from Bitsa. I have accessed email addresses for your CEO and leadership team, along with instagram, Facebook, twitter and linked in accounts. I have also engaged the financial ombudsman, the FCA and have reached out to a lawyer. As from my research it seems I need to be armed. I will also be contacting any media outlet that will publish my story and the stories of thousands more. I have joined a Facebook group with over 5000 members all with the same story. I will be rallying them to join me in going to the media about having their money unlawfully withheld by Bitsa . They will share their heartbreaking stories about how they have been impacted by Bitsa . I have also started a petition with growing signatures. Turns out this stuff keeps people up at night!

Every hour that my money is withheld will be a tweet, comment on Facebook, instagram, linked in and every review site I can find starting with trust pilot. I will also ask everyone in the Facebook group to leave a review sharing their horrendous experience. If I don’t have access to my money today I will proceed with legal action and contacting local media and my local MP and I will not be alone, I’ll be bringing others with me to share their stories.

Please do not respond with generic responses you send to your victims - I’ve already read them all online from the thousands of people you have already impacted whom are more than willing to offer support and advice to me. They are wanting someone to share their collective experience to prevent others falling victim to such unscrupulous acts from an organisation calling themselves “the peace of mind money app”. They would beg to differ as do I!

The longer I don’t have access to my money the more costs and damages I will be seeking if I have to file a county court claim.

I need access to my money TODAY as I have agreed to pay 6 months rent on a property today- I had to do this as I’m new to the country and have no credit score - also the reason I chose your service. Without access to my money TODAY I am HOMELESS!

Save us both the hassle and give me access to my own money immediately!

Racist because I’m Romania and look different

Treated like the last human being by the pecunia card ! If there are still others in our case, let's make a joint group, tomorrow I will start alone together with the lawyers in court a lawsuit against those from Pecunia Card as well as Bitsa
for almost a year, I begging gives access back to the account (careful not to the money from the account), only to the account to change the email and phone number and they make fun of me
If there are ordinary people who want to be part of the process, I am waiting for the requested For those who do not have financial strength, I personally offer to support them with my money until the process is completed!
Today I hung up the phone 6 times in my life, I have never been treated like this by any company! Because I am Romanian
Get away from this piece of …

Terrible experience for now

I opened an account at the beginning of the year, and since then, my experience has been nothing short of exasperating. For over a month now, I've been in a relentless back-and-forth with customer support, who seem to lack both competence and a genuine desire to assist. My issue? Inaccessibility to several thousand dollars of my own money.
The responses from the support team are disheartening. They acknowledge the problem in their emails - for example, they might say, 'Yes, we've noticed the issue you're facing' - but then fail to provide any practical guidance or next steps. This forces me into a cycle of sending follow-up emails, seeking clarity on what documents to provide or actions to take, a responsibility that should fall squarely on them, not the customer.
The most frustrating part came when, after providing all the required information, their response was a blunt, 'Hello, We are sorry, but there is no mistake. We've forwarded your information to the issuing bank, and that is their response.' This dismissive reply not only ignored the gravity of the situation but also implied that my concerns were baseless, despite their obvious confusion.
Left with no choice, I initiated another separate request, once again explaining everything from scratch and resubmitting an endless array of documents. And here I am, waiting yet again, several days later.
This month-long ordeal has been exhausting and distressing. The amount of money at stake is significant for me, making this situation not just a minor inconvenience, but a major financial and emotional burden. I hope this explains how I’m feeling about Bitsa 2 months after joining😅
What's particularly frustrating about this whole situation is the simplicity of the issue at its core. It's something that could have been resolved efficiently within a matter of days (Because it already happened once and I was able to solve it very fast elsewhere). Yet, here I am, stuck in this prolonged and unnecessary ordeal. The drawn-out process feels completely avoidable, adding to my exasperation at the inefficiency and apparent indifference of the support team. It's disheartening to see a straightforward problem escalate to this level due to such prolonged and ineffective handling.

Nice app, good features.

So far I haven't noticed any problems. Cryptocurrency comes in seconds, SEPA transfers work fine. Money arrives in 48 hours on weekdays. 5 stars so far. We'll see how it works in the future.

For now, I just want to say thanks for such an app and such features. Maybe in the future there will be less commission for topping up, but so far I like everything.
