Very easy to use even for me who is clueless with this

LATEST UPDATE: Bitrefill has now cut off all support communication, claiming that because I am demanding my money back, it is now a 'legal matter'. They admit the funds are in their possession but refuse to act. They are using their Terms of Service to legally keep customer assets. UNACCEPTABLE.
UPDATE Dec 26: Bitrefill support (Marifel) has officially admitted they can see the 50 USDT in their wallet (TXID: 0xe9e4...effd) but REFUSE to release the product or refund, claiming 'infrastructure' limitations. This is a custodial service holding customer funds without delivering service. This is theft by technicality. I am now filing a report with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
I am extremely disappointed with Bitrefill's support (Request #387944). I made a 50 USDT payment for Order #436a7f55... Due to a network selection error, the funds were sent via the Plasma network to the exact address provided by Bitrefill ending in ...5caC.

The transaction is confirmed on-chain (TXID: 0xe9e4...effd). Since this is an EVM-compatible address, Bitrefill holds the private keys and can access these funds.

However, support agent Jerry repeatedly claims the funds are "unrecoverable" due to "infrastructure" issues. This is technically false. They are keeping my money without delivering the product.

I demand that a manager reviews this case and releases my Google Play code. I have provided all full on-chain evidence in my support ticket.

cards always work, the place it redirects me to for some cards is a bit annoying ocasionally tho cus it makes me turn my vpn off, also searching "Roblox sar" not bringing up the card that is in SAR is annoying

Bought a phonepe gift card redeemed it and phonepe says already attached to other account. They gave me total fake code and when I raised ticket they saying code was valid and didn't have any proof saying it was valid and other bullshit all i need was proof and they didn't gave any proof literally nothing just closed my ticket every time and by seeing reviews on trustpilot it is confirmed they do scam

Purchased Apple gift cards from Bitrefill that Apple later confirmed were disabled, retained balances, and could not be redeemed or re-enabled. Apple stated the issuer is responsible.

Bitrefill refused a refund, claiming the codes were “valid at the time of sale,” while providing no redemption logs, timestamps, or proof of use. They cited hypothetical reasons (IP, region, account issues) but offered no evidence any applied.

A gift card that cannot be redeemed and cannot be restored is not functionally usable. Buyer beware: if Apple disables the card, Bitrefill takes no responsibility.
