It's been 4 days since I passed my verification, and they have made me feel so awful because of the agent accusing me of already receiving my bonus but when I ask for proof they come at me with remarks like it's not thier obligation to show any proof or that my claims are false... it's a shame that this how they treat thier customers.

The games are fun to play but when I won with my $1 daily bonus on Vegas X platform my withdrawal request was declined. This is the only site that doesn’t pay out when you play and win with your daily bonus, even after you play way over your play thru amount…so what’s the use of even giving you a daily bonus? Also, they told me that I have to deposit to platform I won on but in order to make a deposit my account balance has to be at 0…so there’s no point on even playing with the daily bonus they offer. Everything about playing on bitplay is great but the withdrawal process is probably the slowest it takes about 12 hours for it to processed it’s ridiculous you guys need a better way to speed up this process because nobody wants to wait hours for a withdrawal when it didn’t take long to get a deposit.

I accidentally made a deposit to the previous crypto address on a different order. I contacted support and they told me that the crypto address did not belong to them so they couldn't help me.I gave them the order number to the previous transaction that had the same crypto address that my new deposit was sent to and she tells me that it was already filled then I pointed out the crypto number which was the exact same number she said did not belong to bitplay. I then asked her if that number didn't belong to you then how was the order completed. After showing receipts and everything I get a credit of $68 when I put $71.86 I believe on there plus it was happy hour when I made the deposit which would've came to about $94.00 in credits. When i contacted support about it he said the amount was correct and I'm not entitled to anything else and when i inquired about at least getting what I put in he said that's all I'm getting credit for and after that all my messages said "not sent"so I was blocked from messaging support and accessing the site. I even called the telephone number provided and all I got was a busy signal! I've been a customer since 2021 but I believe it's time to move on from bitplay,Bitspinwin,and Betbitwin! It's all the same people running all three of this these sites. I'm not going to spend my hard earned money with a company that doesn't treat there customers with dignity and respect.
