Been doing business with these people for years now and they are always 101%. With crypto the way it is it is a very nice thing to have a company like Bitonic, that always lives up to their promise and is very trustworthy.
Things usually work so I don't regularly run into their customer support but in the occasions that I did they were very fast, very helpful and very reliable.Bitonic's fees are negligible in the light of their security and trustworthiness.

Watch out for this company.
We bought some Bitcoins here and we have never received them. Be aware !
They will not alert you when something goes wrong in stead they will simply sit on your payment and on your Bitcoins.
They hope you will forget about it and so they have your money and your Bitcoins.
Watch out !.
They also lie about this 'We will always send your bitcoin' This is not true. In fact they will ONLY send your Bitcoin when you happen to check the address and notice there is nothing there and then you contact them and discover that they did not send anything.

Just good
Bitonic is one of the best sites for buying Bitcoins. In the beginning their fees were quite high, but now they offer good value for the money. Their verification process is also very easy.
