After you lodge a complaint about your missing miner, they go in hiding and never tell you when will the missing item come because their tactic is to take from you your money and to not send the promised item to you. Hyenas

I didnt receive my miner that i have ordered and payed for before more than a moth. When i try to establish a connection between me and them they never answer.

One thing is for sure, from now on before making a purchase online from even a premier website, I will have to do a background check to ensure that I have a smoother after sales experience.

I wanted to escalate to their Customer Care Service - found out that my miner is never gonna be given to me and it is a complete waste of time to following up bunch of people who have no intention in delivering resolving customers issues once they have your money!

This website is the worst website I have ever experienced. bitmain.technology logistics are very poor. They never shipped my miner to me and im sure that its not a logistic problem but moreover was just they taking my money and intentionally start hiding

I cannot believe I had let them scam me out of my money ! I didn't even think about it twice, I just look at the pictures and trusted everything like a sheep.. they stole my bitcoin and now I have no crypto savings.
